Move, shortlist and reject candidates

  • Open Interviews → Hiring Board (Kanban) and drag a candidate to their new stage.
  • Or open the candidate’s application to change their status and add a remark.
  • Rejecting a candidate asks for a reason. Reasons feed the funnel report, so you can see why candidates leave the pipeline.
Every change is recorded in the application’s activity history.
