Review applicants quickly with Speed Review

Speed Review shows one candidate at a time (their CV, key details and match score) so you can make a decision and move straight to the next person without leaving the keyboard.
Start Speed Review
- 1Open the Hiring Board and choose the job.
- 2Select Speed Review at the top of the board.
- 3Review the candidate on screen, then use a shortcut below. The next candidate opens automatically.
Keyboard shortcuts

| R | Reject, choosing a reason (and an optional remark) |
| S | Mark the candidate as Selected |

Tips
- Sort the job by best match first, so the strongest applicants come up early.
- Rejection reasons are recorded and appear in your analytics, so pick the closest one.
- Selected candidates move into onboarding.
Troubleshooting
- "No candidates in this pipeline to review": the selected job has no candidates on the board yet.
- "No further pipeline stage available": the candidate is already in the last stage; use S to select them or R to reject.
