Choose the columns on the candidate list

Updated 30 October 2026

The candidate list can show much more than name and status. Pick the columns your team uses to screen, and OneATS remembers your choice in your browser.

  1. 1Open Candidates → All Candidates.
  2. 2Select Choose Columns above the table.
  3. 3Tick the columns you want and untick the ones you don't. The table updates straight away.

Columns you can add

  • Match (the candidate's match score for the job)
  • Current designation, current employer and total experience
  • Current CTC and notice period (with "Serving notice" when it applies)
  • SBU, segment and talent family (from the job's hiring plan)
  • Job code, interview date, assigned recruiter and rejection remark
Current CTC, notice period and current employer come from each candidate's pay and availability details, which only your company sees. SBU, segment and talent family come from the job. Add them to a job.

Troubleshooting

  • A column shows "-": the information hasn't been entered for that candidate or job yet.
  • Your column choice reset: it's saved in your browser, so a different browser or a cleared cache shows the default columns.
