Where is customer data stored?
Customer data is hosted in India with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available at /legal/dpa.
Is OneATS compliant with US hiring regulations such as EEO reporting?
OneATS does not provide EEO-1 or OFCCP reporting today. Many small teams use OneATS for structured, consistent hiring; talk to us about your specific reporting needs.
