Use the candidate pool

The candidate pool holds people you want to remember — strong runners-up, sourced profiles and CVs that arrived without a matching job.

• Open Candidates → Candidate Pool to browse and filter by experience, skills, location and status.
• Use the assign action on a candidate to add them to an active job opening.
• Remove candidates from the pool when they’re no longer relevant.
