Hiring board basics

The hiring board shows every candidate for a job as a card in a column for their current stage.

• Drag a card to another column to move the candidate to that stage.
• Open a card to see the resume, notes, interviews and full activity history.
• Use colour tags and filters to focus on the candidates you need.
• When you reject a candidate, choose a reason — it helps your reports explain why candidates leave the pipeline.
