Add SBU, segment and talent family to a job

Larger organisations track hiring by strategic business unit (SBU), segment and talent family. Fill them in once per job, and every applicant to that job shows them in the candidate list and the talent pool.

1. 1Open Jobs and edit the job (or create a new one).
2. 2Scroll to 6. Hiring Plan.
3. 3Fill in SBU, Segment and Talent family.
4. 4Select Publish Job or save your changes.

See them in the candidate list

Open Candidates → All Candidates, select Choose Columns, and tick SBU, Segment and Talent family. Choose your columns.
