Set up Zoom for interviews

Google Meet and Microsoft Teams links come from each interviewer’s connected calendar. Zoom uses one company-level Zoom app, set up once by an admin.

  1. 1In the Zoom App Marketplace, build a Server-to-Server OAuth app for your Zoom account.
  2. 2Copy its Account ID, Client ID and Client Secret.
  3. 3In OneATS, open Settings → Calendar & Video and enter those credentials in the Zoom section.
  4. 4Save. Zoom is now available as a meeting platform when scheduling.
The client secret is encrypted when saved and is never shown in the browser again.
