How to post jobs on Naukri, LinkedIn and Indeed at once

Every job board accepts jobs differently. Here’s how multi-channel posting actually works — and how to set it up without re-typing every role.

If you hire in India, your candidates are spread across several places: Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Google search, your own website and, very often, WhatsApp groups. Posting the same role to each one by hand is slow, and taking the ads down when the role is filled is easy to forget.

Multi-channel posting solves this — but only if you understand that job boards don’t all accept jobs the same way.

Three ways job boards accept jobs

  • API (push): your ATS sends the job directly to the board and gets confirmation back. Changes and closures are instant. Naukri’s employer integration works this way, using your own Naukri account.
  • Feed (pull): your ATS publishes an XML feed of your open jobs, and the board reads it on its own schedule. Indeed and LinkedIn’s organic job listings commonly work this way, so new jobs can take hours or a couple of days to appear.
  • Share link (assisted): for channels with no job API, like WhatsApp groups or email, your ATS prepares the message and a tracked link, and you share it.

A good tool is upfront about which method each channel uses, so you know whether a job is live, queued in a feed or waiting for you to share it.

Get your job ready before you publish

  • Use a plain, searchable job title (“Store Manager”, not “Retail Ninja”).
  • Include a specific location, or say clearly that the role is remote.
  • Add a salary range where you can. Many boards and Google for Jobs use it, and candidates look for it.
  • Keep the description scannable: responsibilities, requirements and benefits in short lists.

Track every channel separately

The point of posting everywhere is to learn where good candidates come from. Give each channel — and each referral or agency — its own tracked link. After a few hires you’ll know which channels deserve your time and budget, and which you can drop.

Don’t forget to close

Stale ads frustrate candidates and fill your inbox with applications you can’t act on. When a role is filled, close it everywhere at once. In OneATS, closing a job closes all of its active postings automatically.

OneATS publishes to your careers page, Google for Jobs, Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, your LinkedIn and Facebook company pages, WhatsApp and email from one dialog.
