Publish a job to multiple channels

The publish dialog sends a job to every channel you choose, and gives each channel its own tracked link so you can see where applicants came from.

1. 1Open the job from Jobs → All Jobs.
2. 2Select Publish.
3. 3Tick the channels you want. Each one shows how it works — instantly by API, via a job feed the board reads, or as a share link.
4. 4Confirm to publish. You can follow each channel’s status on the job’s distribution tab.

How long until a job is live?

• Careers page and Google for Jobs data: immediately.
• Channels that use an API, such as Naukri and company page posts: usually within minutes.
• Indeed and LinkedIn job feeds: when the board next reads your feed, typically 6 to 72 hours.
• WhatsApp and email: as soon as you share the link.
