How source tracking works

Every application records the channel it came from, so source reports reflect real hires rather than guesses.

• Job boards, social posts and share links carry a tracking code added by OneATS when you publish.
• Your careers page and careers widget tag applications automatically.
• Referral and agency links credit the named employee or agency.
• Emailed resumes are recorded as email, and candidates you add yourself as recruiter-added.
• Your own campaigns can use standard UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign).
