How to set up XML job feed
The steps below match the screens in your OneATS portal.
Keys, provider links and portal locationWhat you need
- A job board or system that can read an XML or RSS feed
- A OneATS Business plan or higher
Pick the feed format
Copy the Google for Jobs, RSS 2.0, Indeed or LinkedIn feed URL, or open it to check its contents.
Settings → Job Channels & XML Feeds
Give it to the board
Send the URL to the job board or enter it in their ATS feed settings.
Publish jobs to feed channels
Jobs published to feed channels appear in the feed automatically.
Rotate the token if needed
Select Rotate Security Token to invalidate old URLs; boards then need the new URL.

- Rotate Security Token invalidates every old URL at once; send the new URLs to each board afterwards.

Then select Copy Feed URL / Rotate Security Token.
Open this screen in OneATSAdmins only. You'll be asked to sign in.
- Feeds are regenerated every 15 minutes.
- Closed jobs leave the feed, so boards remove them on their next read.
- Source tracking tags applicants with the board they came from.

What happens if I rotate the token?
Existing URLs stop working immediately. Share the new URLs with every board that reads your feed.
