Naukri integration

Publish, update and close jobs on Naukri from OneATS using your company's own Naukri employer account, alongside your other channels in one publish dialog.

Why connect it

Why connect Naukri to OneATS

No copy-pasting

Write the job once in OneATS and publish it to Naukri with the same details, instead of re-typing it in the Naukri portal.

One place to close roles

Closing the job in OneATS closes the Naukri posting too, so candidates stop applying to roles you've filled.

Your quota, your account

Postings use your own Naukri employer credentials, so they count against the plan you already pay Naukri for.

Setup

How to set up Naukri

The steps below match the screens in your OneATS portal.

Keys, provider links and portal location

What you need

  • A Naukri employer account with API access (your Naukri account manager can enable it)
  • Your Naukri API key, and the client secret or subscription key if Naukri issued one
  • A OneATS Business or Enterprise plan
  1. Open Job Channels

Go to the Active Channel Registry and find Naukri.

Settings → Job Channels & XML Feeds

  2. Configure the API

Select Configure API and enter your Naukri API key. Add the client secret or subscription key and the recruiter account email if Naukri gave you them.

  3. Test in sandbox first

Set Environment Mode to Sandbox to try publishing without using your Naukri job posting quota, then switch to Production.

  4. Enable the channel

Toggle Naukri to Enabled. Optionally tick Pre-ticked on publish so it's selected by default for new jobs.

  5. Publish a job

Open a job, select Publish and tick Naukri. Follow its status on the job's distribution tab.

    Job → Publish

  6. Credentials are encrypted when saved. Paid products such as Naukri hot vacancies are bought directly from Naukri.

Questions

Naukri questions

Do I need a separate Naukri subscription?

Yes. OneATS publishes through your own Naukri employer account, so job postings use the plan you have with Naukri.

Which OneATS plan includes Naukri?

Naukri publishing is included on the Business and Enterprise plans.

What if publishing fails?

Check the credentials saved for Naukri in Job Channels & XML Feeds, and that your Naukri plan still has posting quota.
