How to set up LinkedIn Jobs
The steps below match the screens in your OneATS portal.

Copy your LinkedIn feed URL
Under Automated XML & RSS Syndication Feeds, copy the LinkedIn XML Feed URL. It contains your company's secure token.
Settings → Job Channels & XML Feeds
Submit it to LinkedIn
Enter the URL in your LinkedIn Recruiter job wrapping settings, or send it to your LinkedIn account team for automated ATS ingestion.
Publish jobs to LinkedIn
When you publish a job, tick LinkedIn. It's added to the feed straight away.

Wait for LinkedIn to read the feed
LinkedIn picks up new jobs on its next read, typically within 6 to 72 hours.

Keys you need for LinkedIn Jobs and where they go
No LinkedIn keys. You copy one feed URL from OneATS and hand it to LinkedIn.

- If the URL is ever shared by mistake, select Rotate Security Token and send LinkedIn the new URL.

Then select Copy LinkedIn Feed URL.
Open this screen in OneATSAdmins only. You'll be asked to sign in.
- The feed lists every open job you've published to LinkedIn and refreshes every 15 minutes.
- Closed jobs leave the feed, so LinkedIn removes them on its next read.
- If you rotate the feed token, the old URL stops working and LinkedIn needs the new one.

Is this the same as posting to our LinkedIn company page?
No. This lists jobs on LinkedIn Jobs. Posting announcements to your company page is a separate integration.
Can I promote jobs on LinkedIn?
Sponsored or promoted jobs are bought directly from LinkedIn. The feed handles organic listings.
Why isn't my job on LinkedIn yet?
Feeds are read on LinkedIn's schedule, typically within 6 to 72 hours. Check the job is active and was published with LinkedIn ticked.
