Google for Jobs integration
Every open job you publish in OneATS carries Google's JobPosting structured data, so it can appear in Google's job search with a direct apply link. There is nothing to connect.
Why connect it
Why connect Google for Jobs to OneATS
Free reach on Google
Candidates searching on Google, for example “store manager jobs in Pune”, can find your roles in the jobs panel without paid ads.
Always accurate
Title, location, salary range, employment type and closing date come straight from the job in OneATS, so Google never shows stale details.
Tracked applications
Applicants arrive through your careers page and are tagged with their source, so you can see how many hires Google brings.
Setup
How to set up Google for Jobs
The steps below match the screens in your OneATS portal.
Keys, provider links and portal locationWhat you need
- An active job in OneATS
- The job published to your careers page (on by default)
Create or open a job
Fill in the title, location, employment type and, ideally, a salary range: complete details give Google more to show.
Jobs → All Jobs
Publish the job
Select Publish. Google for Jobs data is added to the public job page as soon as the job is live.
Job → Publish
Let Google crawl it
Google reads the job page and your jobs sitemap on its own schedule and decides when to show each job.
Close the job when you're done
Closing a job removes it from your careers page and its structured data, so Google drops it from search.
