How to set up Careers widget
The steps below match the screens in your OneATS portal.

Copy the snippet
Copy the JavaScript widget snippet, or the iframe snippet if your site builder blocks scripts.
Settings → Website Integration
Paste it into your page
Paste it into the page's HTML where jobs should appear, or send it to your web agency.
Check the page
Open the page and confirm your open jobs are listed.

Then select Copy the widget or iframe snippet.
Open this screen in OneATSAdmins only. You'll be asked to sign in.
- The widget loads your active jobs using your company key, which exposes public jobs only.
- Candidates apply through OneATS, so every application lands in your pipeline.
- Developers can also use the public jobs API; see the developer docs.

Careers widget questions
Nothing shows on the page.
Make sure the snippet was pasted into the HTML, not into a text block that displays it as text. If scripts are blocked, use the iframe.
Is the company key secret?
It only exposes public job listings, but treat it carefully and contact support to rotate it if needed.
