Sending new hires to BambooHR, Gusto or Personio

Once an applicant accepts an offer and completes their pre-boarding checklist, re-typing their details into your payroll or HRIS is error-prone. A modern ATS provides formatted CSV exports and real-time outbound webhooks.

Supported payroll & HRIS mappings

• BambooHR: Formatted CSV export mapping Employee ID, Work Email, First/Last Name, Job Title, Department, Hire Date, and Base Salary.
• Gusto: Formatted CSV export for US onboarding, mapping Social Security status, Compensation, Pay Frequency, and Work Location.
• Personio: Formatted CSV export for European teams with hire date, supervisor assignment, and probation period details.
• Deel, Xero & Keka: Pre-formatted headers for global contractor conversion and multi-currency payroll setup.

Automating with signed webhooks

Instead of manual CSV uploads, enable the employee.created webhook in Settings → Integrations. Whenever an applicant is converted to an employee, a HMAC-signed JSON payload is posted to your webhook endpoint. Direct native API connectors are scheduled for future release.
