Open the job's distribution tab
Find Share Manually via Social & Messaging.
Job → Distribution
Choose WhatsApp
Select Open in WhatsApp. WhatsApp opens with the pre-written message and tracked link.
Send it
Pick the groups or contacts to send it to.
Confirm it's live
Back in OneATS, select Confirm Live so the posting shows as live on the job.

Nothing to connect: no WhatsApp Business API, no keys. Sharing uses your own WhatsApp.

Then select Open in WhatsApp, then Confirm Live.
Open this screen in OneATSOpens your jobs. You'll be asked to sign in.
- The link carries a tracking token, so applications are tagged with WhatsApp as their source.
- Results appear in Analytics → Source Effectiveness alongside your other channels.
- Referral and agency links can be shared on WhatsApp too, to credit the person who sent them.

Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
No. Sharing uses a normal WhatsApp share link from your own WhatsApp.
WhatsApp didn't open on my computer.
