AI job description writer

  • Starts from your notes and company details
  • Flags vague or exclusionary wording
  • You review and publish; nothing goes live on its own
Coming soon

AI candidate email drafts

Get a first draft for interview invites, follow-ups and kind, specific rejection emails, in your company's tone.

  • Uses the candidate's stage and the job
  • Works with your notification templates
  • Always sent by a person, never automatically

  • Reads experience, not just keywords
  • Every score lists what matched and what's missing
  • A ranking aid, never an automatic rejection

  • You decide who moves forward

AI talent rediscovery

  • Shows why each person was suggested
  • Respects candidates' data and consent settings
Coming soon

Ask your talent pool

Search candidates in plain language, such as "store managers in Pune with 5+ years in retail", instead of building filters.

  • Searches parsed resumes and notes
  • Turns your question into filters you can see and adjust
  • Only searches candidates in your own account

Interview

Run better interviews with less note-taking

Keep your attention on the candidate, not your notebook.

Coming soon

AI interview questions

Suggested questions for each round, based on the job description and the scorecard criteria you already use.

  • Linked to your scorecard criteria
  • Different questions per round
  • Edit, reorder or ignore any suggestion
Coming soon

AI interview notetaker

Record and transcribe interviews on Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom, with the candidate's consent, and save the notes to their profile.

  • The candidate is told and asked first
  • Transcript and notes on the candidate record
  • Recording can be switched off per interview
Coming soon

AI interview summary

Turn interviewer notes and transcripts into a concise summary for the hiring decision, next to each scorecard.

  • Strengths and concerns in a few lines
  • Links back to the original notes
  • The panel still scores and decides

How we’re building it

Helpful AI that keeps people in charge of hiring

AI suggests, people decide

No candidate is rejected, moved or contacted by AI on its own. Every action stays with your team.

Reasons are always shown

Scores and suggestions come with the reasons behind them, so recruiters can check and overrule them.

Built around consent

Recording and transcription only happen when the candidate has been told and has agreed.

Questions

About OneATS AI

When will OneATS AI be available?

We haven’t set a release date. The features will arrive one at a time, and people on the waitlist get early access first.

Will AI reject candidates or make hiring decisions?

No. AI will suggest, summarise and draft. Every decision about a candidate stays with your hiring team.

Will interviews be recorded without the candidate knowing?

No. The notetaker will only record when the candidate has been told and has agreed, and recording can be switched off for any interview.

Can I use OneATS without AI?

Yes. Everything that works today, including the rule-based match score, resume parsing and scorecards, keeps working as it does now.
