Senior Product Designer

Craft intuitive, delightful user experiences for hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates. Lead the evolution of our design system across desktop dashboards and mobile magic link evaluation screens.

What You Will Do:

• Lead end-to-end design from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity Figma components and prototypes.
• Design complex data-dense recruitment workflows, visual pipeline boards, and structured scorecard rubrics.
• Maintain and evolve our design system tokens, typography scales, and responsive layouts.
• Conduct customer usability sessions with HR leaders and staffing agency directors.

What We Look For:

• 3+ years designing web applications in modern B2B SaaS, developer tools, or recruitment technology.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating craft, visual hierarchy, interaction design, and problem-solving.
• Expertise in Figma (Auto-layout, Components, Variables) and working closely with engineers.
