Senior Full Stack Engineer

Join our core engineering team building high-performance applicant tracking pipelines, real-time interview self-scheduling, and interactive careers site builders using Next.js 15, TypeScript, and Node.js.

What You Will Do:

• Architect and scale responsive web applications across candidate-facing and recruiter portals.
• Build real-time drag-and-drop Kanban hiring boards with sub-second optimistic updates.
• Develop calendar sync integrations with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and video conferencing rooms.
• Work closely with our product leadership to translate recruitment workflows into world-class software.

What We Look For:

• 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience with Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Solid backend experience with Node.js, RESTful APIs, and relational databases (PostgreSQL/Prisma).
• Demonstrated passion for clean code, UI micro-interactions, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals.
